Pistachio Soft Nougat (Honey)

Interesting but not something I would buy again.

These have a nougat layer and topped with pistachios. The texture of the nougat is chewier than expected it to be. There is a barely noticeable layer of edible rice paper on the bottom, which I guess keeps it together. All items seemed fresh to me, and we've already eaten two of the bars. Mine came as 4 individually wrapped bars in one box. Each bar is about as long as one and a half Snickers, maybe one and three quarters. I thought I ordered the "two 7oz," but I don't know if that was supposed to be 2 boxes or 2 bars. I was going to check the label, but was unable to find one. I didn't know you were even allowed to sell food items without the nutritional facts and allergen info, but that was nowhere to be found. I like the candy well enough, it's not something I could afford all the time, but could be a nice splurge as a gift, especially if you know someone who doesn't care for chocolate but does like pistachios.
