I like this design better than other designs. It is easier to use with a better grip, which makes for better control when slicing.

I've used it with potatoes carrots tomatoes nice little presentation and I like crinkle cut fries

Sharp and large enough for large potatoesTop of the blade is a bit sharp, not enough to cut your hand but uncomfortable. I sanded mine smooth.

This is a wonderful tool for making your fruits and veggies come alive. I use it for melons, mangoes, carrots, christophenes, potatoes. It is nice and sharp, and makes chopping easy, just use a chopping board or a flat surface. I love this knife very much.

I like the idea, and the implementation is ok in every respect but one: it is too dull. it is too difficult for my elderly hands to push the knife through tough raw vegetables such as large carrots and sweet potatoes.

This is a very well made knife that does a great job at making anything crinkle cut. We use it on vegetables often and it leaves a nice crinkle look. The knife is average size and perfect for any kind of vegetable. Very sturdy and well built.

The pictures shown here really don't do it justice. I bought the larger knife and, even though it looked barely any bigger than the palm of your hand, it was HUGE. It was the size of a medium sized cleaver and more than easily handled a long Russet potato on the first cut. Sharp, long, solid, easy to clean. Perfect for my needs.

I really like this item. A specialty knife that does its job perfectly. The blade slides smoothly and with little effort through a raw potato leaving a nice crinkle cut edge. The blade edge is sharp enough for the job without being a hazard. The knife design is comfortable to use. Easy clean.
