This is a beautiful, comfortable and well made chair. I was pleasantly surprised. It took less than an hour to put together. The instructions, tool and parts were all well labeled and in correct amounts with spares. Zero frustration which has not always been the case with other assembly projects I've had. I think this chair will last a long time.. Plus it's PINK!!! No boys in this house are going to borrow my chair. I did have a bit on trouble validating my warranty online so I ended up contacting customer service. They were extremely helpful and have since checked back with me a couple of times to make sure I was still happy with my purchase or if I needed any more help. It was nice.

This is the third chair I've purchased from this manufacturer. It is obvious that they listen to feedback from customers and make every effort to improve form and function. Apart from the cheerful colors, the big upgrades on this chair are the fully adjustable headrest, the thicker cushion, and the wider back. The coat rack will also be a useful feature for many people at the office. I am a piano teacher who sits for long periods of time, working with students. When I'm not teaching, I sit in my craft room for long periods. I have pinched nerves in my neck and lower back. I cannot overstate the importance of my chairs being as ergonomic as possible. This chair is ideal for me at 5'5", with the seat in the lowest position. The S curve fits my back perfectly, and the mesh is extremely comfortable. If needed, I can tweak the position of the padded/cushioned lumbar support with the built-in adjustment slider. The adjustable headrest makes such a difference to me. I can easily shift it if I need to relieve pressure on my neck. This is the chair you won't mind sitting in ALL day. I LOVE the color combinations, which are perfect for my little craft room. I can easily roll the chair from one workstation to another. The chair feels sturdy, and the quality is all top-notch. I believe it will last a long time. It was easy to put together. They included the necessary tools and even provided white gloves for handling the hydraulic lift. This is a fantastic chair for the price. The quality and value make it stand out from the rest. You can't go wrong with this one.

This chair is fantastic value for money. I needed to change out my desk chair as after a few years of desk work, my body is paying the price. I was hoping to find a chair that was not crazy expensive, comfortable provides lumbar and neck support, has arm rests and is somewhat stylish. I ordered the brown chair, and it suits my office perfectly. As someone who is short (5'3") and small framed, I'm really happy that this chair isn't overly large. I also really love that the arm rests raise, and the chair has a hydraulic tilt when you lean back. Take the time to get it adjusted to your frame and you won't be disappointed. As a bonus, the leaflet that came with it offered a free lumbar pillow on request to provide more lumbar support - i'm taking them up on that and will update the review once it arrives. I think the extra support will be helpful as I have a large curve in my lower back. Their customer support has been excellent so far, and the product comes with a 3 year repair/replacement warranty with the manufacturer. For $120, i'm very happy with my purchase!

Overall this is a good chair. The seat cushion and back are pretty comfortable, at least initially. Assembly was fairly easy and the tool provided was a nice change from the typical nickel plated Allen wrench. Lumbar support is good. Reclining options are good. Chair wheels roll easily over carpet. My only concern is the amount of plastic involved in the build. There is some noticeable flexion when sitting or adjusting at certain angles. Fingers crossed it does not snap and toss me in the floor as some point. I would not recommend if you are larger in size or overweight as we're average size and it already feels a little unstable.

Thanks to the folks at Fokesun for the great support. The chair itself is comfortable and well built, but what really stood out was their customer service, quick, helpful, and easy to deal with. Overall, really happy with the purchase and the experience. Would definitely recommended.

Truly a comfortable and well put together office chair for the price. Quick delivery. Fairly easy setup. I'm a 6'2, 200 lb male and it's both sturdy to sit in and a quality fit 2 weeks in.

So far, this chair is 5 stars. I bought it to replace my old home office chair, which was killing my back up into my neck. I didn't realize how bad that chair was until I sat on this one--very comfortable! The height adjustment is more than sufficient for me. I'm 5' 4" tall, 125 lbs. The seat and headrest fabric seem to be of good quality; the armrests fold up and completely back so they're out of the way when you don't want to use them. The adjustable lumbar support is beneficial and functional. My old chair had lumbar support but for some reason, it just wasn't beneficial. I appreciate the extended 5-year warranty at no charge that was offered after the sale, as well as the lumbar pillow that adds to the comfort. The seller was quick to respond when I contacted them. I got the grey fabric. I am very happy with this purchase.

Nice chair at a great deal. I have been looking to replace my home office chair and have been considering other options at much higher price points. I especially like and wanted one with an integrated coat hanger as the room temperature can fluctuate. The product was well packaged, instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembly was not difficult, I did it alone in about 20-25 minutes while taking my time with each step. Of course, having another set of hands is always better. Upon first try, the chair felt comfortable and provided a nice support for me. The ability to adjust the head rest and lumbar support is a nice feature. The chair is stable, no wobbles of any kind, and the control lever is easy to use for height adjustment as well as un/locking the tilt function. First time using a chair with a mesh back (another feature I was targeting) and loving it! Obviously, can’t comment on longevity yet at this point, but very happy with the purchase so far. I got the all-white version and fully mindful that dust and small particles will be more evident, and the risk of staining is higher. That’s the trade off I accepted in exchange for the price. I had an issue registering for product warranty as the seller’s portal would not recognize my Order ID. Sent them an email and they responded the next business day with an explanation and an appropriate resolution. Kudos to them for the great customer service.

I recently purchased this office chair, and I’m extremely impressed with its comfort and quality. The lumbar support is excellent, the seat cushion is firm yet very supportive, and the neck support makes long work sessions much more comfortable. The chair feels durable and well-made, and the unique color fits perfectly with the earthy tones of my office. Overall, it’s a very comfortable chair and a great addition to my workspace. Highly recommend!

its a high quality chair, it’s quite roomy, and I can see it easily accomodating a taller person. It’s comfortable for long sitting periods although I’ve only had it for a few days. The chair is solid and weighty, it comes with everything to assemble it (and i’m usually terrible at this and managed to put it together by myself in just above an hour). As a person around 160cm tall the armrests are too high for me to sit ergonomically which was unfortunate as I really like using them, but you can push the armrests out of the way. You will need to contact their email to activate your warranty and receive a free lumbar pillow.

The instructions have photos and a really easy to use system where the different screws are in little capsules so you just pop them out at each step. All the holes lined up, everything was well packed and high quality. It's a very comfortable desk chair and the arms fold up easily.
