. I saw Barbara O'Niell on Youtube and wanted to try this book because I thought it was written by her but at a closer look I see it is only inspired by Barbara O'Neill and written by Clara Whitfield :/ ...However, the book came in excellent condition and Easy to follow, Common Sense Appreach to a better life style. the first charter explains how the mictoorganisms in the body work and how these organisms process nutrrients you give your body. It is written in simple language that anyone can understand. Then the chapters in the book are nutrition, Fungi and Bacteria in the body, Disease Prevention, Herbal healing,stress and mental health,Physical Activity, Restorative Sleep, Men and Womens Health, Detoxing the body and Target remedies for each area of the body. Easy to read and apply to daily living. Only a little disappointed that I had to leave a review to access the Bouns Material through a QR code and then when I try the QR code it didn't work after all :/
