This was everything I needed at an affordable price! I was looking into getting the Cricut heat press but for the extra money...this thing really does so much more! Super easy to use!

I purchased this machine on June 27th and it was delivered on July 3rd. Initially I had an issue with the machine not heating up but after letting Amazon know of my issue, ShareProfit contacted me immediately and worked with me to resolve the issue. ShareProfit was very responsive to numerous emails and to resolving the issue. I have used it now to make several t-shirts as well as putting HTV onto canvas. I haven't tried out any of the accessories yet but I plan to at some point. The only improvement I would recommend is to the manual. It would be helpful to have a more in depth manual but I think the manual is pretty standard for this industry. If ShareProfit invested in someone writing an in-depth manual for them, I think you would have the perfect product.

After reading the reviews, I expected to open the box and not have any idea where things go.... but quite honestly, it was a complete breeze! I watched a YouTube video put it together first, but probably could’ve done it without watching it. I’ve also read some reviews that talked about it smoking and smelling, and it did do that the first time around. I freaked out a little and really didn’t want to believe that I spent $200 just to throw it away! So, I did more research and read other reviews and was told it could probably use a good “burn out” (leave the machine on around 400 degrees, but don’t close the clamp. Let it run for about 30 minutes). It did wonders! I continued to use it outside, and it didn’t smoke as much. Now that I’ve used it many times, the only smoke that come is really just steam. So, some tender, love, and care does the heat press magic! I’ve pressed tote bags and T-shirt’s but have yet to try mugs and plates. I love my heat press!

The very first time I used this heat press it fell apart !!!! The two handles on top fell completely off the unit as I was lifting the press up off my t shirt. The hot base then fell over to the floor burning my hands and my feet !!!! I have never seen anything like that happen before. It literally fell COMPLETELY apart !!!! All at 400 * degrees Fahrenheit. I’ve requested a refund .

There were 2 screws missing. They are the screws that attach the heat control to the machine. Also missing is the little handle to easily turn the adjustment ring. These two things are minor and I’ll find screws to fit.I’ll post again after I get it set up and use it some.

Searched everywhere in town for a heat press for my wife to create custom t-shirts with her Cricut. This thing is amazing! It heats well and is easy to use. The instructions for the box were a little confusing at first, but once she figured it out it's not a problem! When we received it, we had some missing screws to put it together. I had an email exchange with the company and had to go to the hardware store to get the right size screws. Put it all together and it's fantastic! We love it!!

UPDATE: I contacted the seller re NO INSTRUCTIONS. I also contacted Mophorn who promptly sent the instructions which I printed! Also the seller contacted me to apologize, which was really nice! So far I have done our Christmas pjs which came out great! It was fairly easy to use...a little awkward because of the table I have it on. But I think it will do just fine. So I’m changing my review from 2 stars to 4!!🌲Initial Review: I can’t give a true review YET because I havent used the machine. It does seem very sturdy... it’s HEAVY! But... there were NO INSTRUCTIONS! There are lots of You Tube videos but I need to know how to set the time and temp on THIS MACHINE!
