The pills are large but still ok to take with water. Great to help muscles relax and to take before bed for sleep.

A bit chunky, takes some swallowing, but apart from that its really difficult to compare one set of supplements to another as that requires blood tests and a doctors evaluation. I think they work

My sleep had been a bit fragmented and broken for a while, so I took these based on a recommendation and I'm glad I did! Since then, my sleep has been deep and intact. Not perfect, but definitely better than it was. Give them a go. Sleep is SO important.

There’s only one fly in the ointment with PLA in that it can not be recycled at home and isn’t compostable other than under industrial composting conditions, but not in regular landfills.So, from my own experience, they seem to be doing a decent job of boosting my energy levels and improving my sleep quality.
