I'm so excited about these inserts for help with my foot pain. I stand all day on my feet for work and after wearing these on the first day, I was without pain when I got home. They are adjustable and have a gel pad built in to provide extra support for arches. They also have straps that are removeable if concerned with slipping out of place, but I wore mine without straps and have had no problem with them moving. I am also wearing them around the house without shoes and they have texture on the gel pad to provide antislip. It's nice to go barefoot again. They fit snug and feel great. The inserts can be worn with different style shoes. I wear tennis shoes to work, and they really give my feet and arches the support I need. I plan to wear them daily!

These have been working pretty well for me. I have high arches, I stand all day at work. These are great support so I don't get fatigued as quick,and less pain.

A bit uncomfortable if you have horrible bunions and even though I think there should be more height in the arch it still helps support my flat feet. They are easy to put on and seem quite durable with rubber on the bottom for no slip, I would recommend

Durable and comfortable. I have washed mine a couple of times in the laundry and no issues apparent. I also have a bad habit of walking outside on the concrete without shoes on to check the mail or just hang out on the patio. This destroys my socks by wearing holes in them quickly but so far these arch supports have held up pretty well to it (I wear them on the outside of my sock when I'm around the house).

If you have flat feet, these really help. They are easy to wear under socks and in your shoes, and have improved my gait.
