a. The quality is quite high and it was packed very well for shipping. Assembly was a breeze, I did it myself with a neighbor assisting for a minute to set the roof. This is no “IKEA” task - the panels are fully assembled and fit very precisely. Only 8 screws for the panel assembly (I did go get 2” #8 316 stainless screws for this outdoor placement). There aren’t very complex instructions - they really aren’t needed. The 2 min video is plenty sufficient. The manual also has instructions on assembly and the Bluetooth app for remote operations (we prefer the app to the touch panel, which can be tough to use with sweaty fingers. Special kudos to the seller for their support. The trucking company was a little elusive with delivery, but the seller worked aggressively to get it done. Seller is very responsive and a pleasure in all communications It does heat up pretty quickly - we haven’t timed it but today it was freezing 0 (32) and we went in within 10 mins and it was near 40 within another 15 mins

Amazing sauna specially for the money. I did lots of research and decided to go for it and I’m very impressed with the build quality and overall design of the sauna. The speaker are a great touch allows me to watch my iPad through the window.

I’ve had the sauna 4 days. Easy to assemble. Looks nice in my space. I’m surprised at how well it works for now. It does everything the ad described. Heats to 140. Bluetooth & controls work well. I sweat hard. Doing 40 minutes. It’s short for a 6ft tall person, but not hard to get in and out of. I like it for now. I give it a 4, because I wish it was taller.

This has been a great purchase! Had it for 7 months now and my wife and I each use it 3-4 times a week. Pair your phone to the Bluetooth speaker with Spa Music and relax in the Zen! It was easy to put together and has held up very well. It's a perfect size to fit into the opening under our stairs and looks like it was built into the house. Takes around 15 minutes to get to 145-149 and keeps the temperature consistent. Neither of us got sick this winter and attribute some of that to using the Sauna. I'm sold on the idea and love using the sauna.

11/30/2025: Very satisfied and really like it. It heats up quickly, and it even has built-in Bluetooth speakers. Very comfortable. It’s perfect for a small indoor sauna space. The exterior is beautifully made. I recommend choosing this one. Their customer service is also excellent and very responsive.

I purchased this sauna having never owned one before, only using the junk at the gym. This sauna is by far and away BETTER! I have the two person model and I wouldn't suggest anything smaller. You can nearly put it together by yourself, but it will take a second set of hands to set the roof. The quality is great, the controls are easy to use, and the lighting is super cool. It did arrive with some minor cosmetic damage, though at no fault of the seller. It was the shipping company's fault, but I reached out to the vendor's customer service and they immediately made it right. Pull the trigger and buy one...you really won't regret it. Just writing this review is making me want to go hop in it right now anddddd I think I will! 🤣 *EDIT* The only complaint I have is that it takes wayyy longer to get to temp than the stated "20-30min." More like an hour...and that is in a FL winter. Cant imagine in a really cold location.

Worth every penny that I paid for it!! If your thinking of purchasing it, Go for it!! Definitely well made, solid and easy to put 2gether so much so that I put it 2gether by myself and it all took 30min.
