My cats really enjoy this fountain and drink from it more than any bowl I’ve used, which is the main reason I’m keeping it. The unit itself feels well built and durable, and the weight helps keep it in place without being too bulky. The water stays clean and the design looks nice in the kitchen. Setup was pretty straightforward, but the app is unreliable. Sometimes it connects right away, other times I have to unplug and re-pair it. The fountain is quiet when it’s working properly, but once the water level drops or the filter starts to clog, it makes a noticeable humming sound. The biggest issue is the black mesh filters. They don’t last long — after 5 to 7 days, they start to restrict water flow, even with cleaning. That short lifespan adds cost and frustration, and it defeats the purpose of having a low-maintenance fountain. Overall, it’s a decent product with good durability and strong appeal for cats, but the filter design and app problems keep it from being great. Not a bad buy, just not a perfect one.
