How does the flavor compare to the original 19g net carbs per 100g Carbalose version in the mylar bags?

They are the same thing just in different size amounts in packages. The taste is the same. This flower is about 1/3 of the net carbs as regular white flour. So a slice of regular white bread that is 18 carbs compares to a slice of Carbalose white bread having one third of that amount or about six carbs per slice.

Is it good for making pasta??

I’ve made pasta with it (1 egg for every 100g of flour) and it tastes great to me. I have always eaten it with sauce though. Texture is pretty close to regular pasta also.
