I had 3 different plantronics headsets - 2xvoyager focus 1 and 1xfocus 2. all of them suffered from the same issue - all leather materials got broken after some duration. this was not very good, as headset itself worked still very good. this time my focus 2 headset will get new coverage which will prolongue it's service, which makes me very happy, as this headset is really awesome! 5/5

Ok, the replacement is actually not bad. Good material, and mosly well made. It's still a very bad experience to replace the band, mostly because of how the headphones are built. However, the connectors to the headset's plastics (the things which allow the strap to move the strap a little once it's on) are terrible and the instructions unsatisfactory. The 3M glue strips which are supposed to connect to the plastics are not good, and the flaps they're on are not cut to exact dimensions. It makes it basically impossible to put on correctly. That's the worst thing about the product. It's super difficult to cut the existing band. Especially when you do not know how the wires like and exactly located - could use way clearer instructions. The rest is a bad experience because of how the headphones are made. I would recommend to anyone to keep the existing band/strap, regardless of its condition. It was a messy and annoying experience, and I'd say the end result is ok, but not great.

The edges don't fit perfectly. There are no other brands / product available in the market. It's too expensive.
