Q: I have a new laminate flooring, will the nylon fibers scratch my new floor ?

I have laminate flooring and have not had any scratching of it.

Q: How to clean the mop head? Is that okay to put it in the washer?

Unfortunately I thought it was machine washable and it is not. The paper that came in the Box said to hand wash and that is one of the reasons why I'm returning it
