i dont have hemmoroids but i use it for my peircings that are irritated/inflamed (even fresh and infected ones) and let me tell you this stuff works great for that. i put a little bit on at night and i can feel the immeadiate soothing and it has made the swelling go down by a lot.

Edit: The fissures came back. So, I tried again. This time it didn’t burn much. Probably I got used to it. This time I found more relief and the pain was gone in 3-5 days. So, I am giving it a 4 star now.TL;DR: It burns like crazy initially. But then it works well.—————-////—————I took a supplement and my worst constipation began about 2 months back. I cut out all red meat and had fibers (mostly fruits, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple etc.) in all my meals. It was a nightmare but after 2 weeks, I am okay now. The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because my husband uses this for his bottom. I’m not entirely sure how this happen but it was late at night I was brushing my teeth and went to grab toothpaste I did not look and accidentally used this crème and into my mouth it went. THAT WAS NOT FUN! I almost died when I looked what I used instead of the toothpaste.Make sure you double check, this is your warningOne thing is for sure, it’s minty!
