This product loads as easily as the OEM. I haven't used it yet, but assume it works. I know Amazon does not guarantee this product, but I also know that they will intercede for me if something goes wrong with this toner cartridge.

I am bought this pack of two toner cartridges for my Canon D1620 printer and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. The installation was very simple, the cartridges fit perfectly and the performance has been excellent. I love that the pack includes two cartridges, since it is an excellent value for money, and the number of pages it promises (5,000 per cartridge) seems realistic according to my experience so far. I replaced my Brother toner cartridges with these after market cartridges. I was sceptical that these would work well in my printer. When my printer restarted, it noticed that I wasn't using genuine Brother cartridges. If the printer asks you if you are using other than genuine Brother cartridges, you MUST answer yes or you will have to reset your printer. With that said, these toner cartridges have worked perfectly now for months producing the same quality as the original cartridges. I recommend them as a low cost replacement for the overpriced Brother cartridges.
