I LOVE this multivitamin. I was searching vitamins for a while until I came across this one and fell in love!! I have done extensive research on the ingredients that company’s put into their multivitamins and this one is no joke. The “Her” multivitamin is vegan, dairy free, gluten free, paleo friendly, and contains ZERO banned substances. I take 3 of these capsules every day along with the “rebuild” collagen powder and feel better than I have ever felt. Ever since taking these multivitamins, I have a significant increase in my focus throughout the day while I study. It also causes me to sweat more during my workouts resulting in greater fat burn! My hair, skin , and nails have had the biggest difference. My skin has been clear and radiant, my hair has been stronger and shiny, and my nails have become much stronger.
