It's incredibly soft material. When I first opened it up, I was scared, because it looked like it wouldn't even fit a baby. But it is very stretchy, and fits like a glove. My husband more than loved it lol.

I know this is intended to stretch, but the size looks like it wouldn't fit a toddler. I am 5'6 and 160 and could barely get the thing on past my thighs. It's terribly thin and the inseam is way short. It's like trying to put on a pair of panty hose 3 sizes to small.
