What can i say, this is the perfect scooter for me and my family. I love the fact that it's just a simple barebone key start design with the most practical and essential scooter accessories included. It is so easy. No need to carry a phone for all that app linking bs, just turn the key and press the throttle and go! Very fast. Good torque. Climbs 30% incline very slowly, but gets the job done. Carries two people easily. Climbing the 30% hill with two people on the scooter cracked me up, but still got the job done. 90/65-6.5 front tires, 90/55-6.5 rear tires. I would recommend the T2 Master if you live in hilly areas, because it has two of the same motor as the Ruitoo M5 Pro. Just to be clear for others who are on the fence about this purchase, the motor is 1200w, peak 1600w for the M5 Pro. The T2 Master is probably my next buy with dual motors at 2400w, peak 3200w. It is perfect for me, not too fast, not too slow, agile, simple design, and portable. Pay attention to the specs of Kukirin M5pro and the Kukirin G2 Master and the position of their key start as well as folding mechanic for reference, it's slightly different. In conclusion, the only challenge I have at the moment is finding the right lock and finding the right area on the scooter to secure itself with an hidden air tag or GPS tracker for a peace of mind. Nonetheless, for the value and potential this scooter brings at the price of $618 is strategically marketed to challenge your decision.

This Ruitoo Electric Scooter is a BEAST! I bought this Scooter for 2 purpose. First, pick up my 10 year old daughter and 4 year old son from school and second for my commute to work. My kids and I loved this scooter, it can hold more than 270 lbs. I am 170lbs and 5'6 It is fun to ride it! The videos is very helpful. I changed mine from Kmh to Mph because I lived in US. It is durable! Materials is good! The handle bar seems to feel plastic were the speedometer is but it's not a big deal. It is easy to assemble, just be extra careful with the chip paint screwing the speedometer, it may chip the paint. The stability is perfect! And at the brightness of the light is amazing! I can see everything in front of me. The color-LED lights are cool to watch while riding it at night. I asked the Ruitoo team how to remove the Speed Limiter and they sent the video directly to my email, they response quick too! Talking about the speed, it is AWESOME! I think, it has more than 33MPH on the speedometer! I was like flying man! BUT! a BIG BUT! It is FFREAKING HEAVY MAN! To carry it up and down from the bus and even 3-4 up steps is a killer! I had to exercise so I won't break my shoulders and back! But overall, this scooter is amazing! Ride with caution! Ride with safety gears! ENJOY!

We have purchased multiple different electric scooters for our children. We purchased this scooter for our teenage son and it has been a let down. We looked at so many scooters for Christmas for him to use to get to and from school. Since day one this scooter has never reached full speed. Our younger daughter got a scooter as well that goes max 19mph and hers beats his in speed. The top speed on this scooter is 15mph going on straight road on the highest level. Besides the speed it works fine. It is heavy but that was expected, the battery life is good, it rides well and is safe as an electric scooter can be. But for the price we should at least be able to get up to 25. That was the whole point in buying this scooter was for a fast scooter. We could have saved over $300 and bought a cheaper scooter that is faster then this one ended up being. Super disappointed in the value of this scooter for the price. I gave one star because even though most of it is ok the whole point was to have a faster scooter.

El motor es potente y muy silencioso, las luces excelentes. Es rápido, he conseguido 26 y 28 millas sin problemas. Tiene tendencia a ser inestable a mucha velocidad y los frenos deben mejorarlos y también los ruidos que produce desde el interior como de partes que chocan entre sí. Por lo demás, todo bien. Batería excelente.

This is a great scooter, I have bought a few now for myself and my Kids and for the price point this one is the best. Scooters in the past tend to be clanky or lots of clatter going down the road. This scooter is super solid and very heavy duty. Kids always want to run to this one first when it’s time to ride. It’s got great speed, good suspension and great light on it. Matter fact I just ordered the MS Pro and I’m excited about it! These scooters arrive in just a few days as well. If your on the fence about a choice, I assure you this Ruitoo is the way to go!

Update: Great post sale customer support. The team is very responsive and helpful. There is one flaw with this scooter...when folded, there is no built-in feature to latch the folded handlebar neck in the down position to be used to lift the scooter up and down to put it in a car or other vehicle. If you can get passed this lack of feature, the scooter is well worth the money. In fact, I am keeping them both. They are pretty fast, and the weight is reasonable for the size. We had them (we have 2) up to 29 mph on a flat surface, the foot standing area is wide and good traction, nice headlight and side bling lights, but the blinkers are a little difficult to see from the rear (I don't really care), they are more visible at night. I still gave them 5 stars because the fix is an easy one. I will modify them so I can make them work, maybe with a spring-loaded clip of some sort. Coordination with the company has been outstanding considering the one-day delay in response (typical China product support). They even offered to have me return the scooters, but I declined. So, with all of this, I would definitely purchase this scooter again.
