I can’t say that I have felt the effects in their entirety. I have been using it for three weeks now.

Ive been taking these two forv3-4 weeks now and hsvent sernvany benifits, menal clarity and extra energy after the gym..i will keep taking and update at the end of my trail

Recently, I've started putting much more thought into supplements which has led me down quite a rabbit hole. At first I was a bit more liberal with the supplements I would try until I looked into the origin of one and realized that everything pointed back to a paper company that was ostensibly run out of a small brick office in a strip mall next to a loading dock. In some, I thankfully learned (without any negative outcome) to be much more careful with what I put into my body including by looking into the companies that are selling these supplements.Which brings us to Life Cykel (or, as written on the bottles, Lifecykel) - I'm a fan of any company where I can find their website, find their address, review their policies, and see summaries of their lab analyses of the products. If you want to search for it - I'm sure that you can find them pretty easily with any search engine.I like that the product is made in the USA and advertised as vegan, non-GMO, and gluten free. I can't speak to it's health benefits... but I can say that since I've been taking it I have felt a bit better. Maybe that's pyschosomatic... but I'm certainly haven't felt any worse.While some reviewers were disappointed that the alcohol extraction was not disclosed... I kinda agree. I.e., I agree that none of the product pictures included a picture of the ingredients (which is ideal), but once I received the bottles, I could see the alcohol amount listed and, further, the lab analyses were clear that there was some alcohol in the product. While it's not that big of a deal for most people - I've always heard that even trace amounts of alcohol can be dangerous to certain individuals (e.g., help to induce relapse in individuals struggling with alcohol addiction issues).Overall, I'm happy I tried this though - if I had a time machine I would not have 'tried it for the taste' the first time but instead would have mixed it into drinks (coffee, tea, water, smoothies) as I've done since.Final random note - When I first saw that I was supposed to dose myself 2ml, I was worried about measuring that amount with an eyedropper. Thankfully - the eyedropper itself includes a measurement (see the pic).
