NOT ASH COLOR!
I’ve used liese products for many years and always had good experience with it .. until this one. It turned my dark black hair into ORANGE...!!! I should have known when I saw the orange color dye when I was trying to mix it..Definitely not a ash color. Now I just my dark hair back..now I have to spend money to order a dark shade just to dye my hair back to take out this ugly orange in my hair, such a waste of money.

Save your money, doesn’t color dark hair.
No NOT recommended. See for yourself (pic attached) the color clearly does not look like the color on the box. Unless they’re expecting you to have blonde hair already... which then is not marketed correctly!!

pump on bottle was broken
color was good. but for some reason the pump bottle was NOT working - so i panicked and ended up just dumping very drippy hair dye on my head and got my floor and clothes all dirty and stained. make sure your pump bottle works before getting started!

The color is great, but it can’t last
I really like this color;however, after 2 shampoo, I can see the color is vanishing, I don’t think this worth money, don’t buy it!
