These shoes are pretty, but definitely does not run true to size. I ordered a 7 and a 7.5 just in case. 7.5 definitely fit much better. The soles down to the toes are padded and comfy. The part where your heel touches the back of the shoe is soft material, while the rest of the inside is that man made leather material. The heel height is 4 inches. They are comfy, but a little difficult to walk in. Although that's probably due to the fact that I normally wear platform heels. Only complaint is not running true to size, and the heel caps seem weirdly attached. They were like that on all 4 shoes..See pics.. Oh and the bottoms are black but don't scuff floors. It's overall a very pretty classic high heel.Forgot to add, they also come with extra heel caps!! Very nice

Order 11, im a 10, my one size up for pointy and they fit tight. I've had an issue with any other shoe, they are either slightly loose or on point.

I wear an 8 but did order 1/2 size up and these babies are sweet. They do not look cheap. I originally bought them to practice using "walk on red' Louboutin red bottom paint repair on the sole before using it on my real Louboutins and I wish I had not done that. They are so nice that I find myself walking in them around them more than any other heel I have. You have to get these shoes, they are better than some of my name brand heels. Comfortable too.

I'm glad I read prior reviews as these shoes do tend to run a 1/2 size smaller! I wear a 6.5 and I bought a 7 - they fit perfect! Love this vibrant red! These shoes are surprisingly comfortable for having such a high heel. I wear heels every day for work and these feel great! The shoes also come with an extra set of tips! Nice!

These pumps are Gorgeous!! They do run small I wear a 8 1/2 (normally) I ordered a 9 and they were too small. I had to send them back :( but! The refund process was quick I stared the refund 10/1 received my money back 10/3 and my size 10s will get to me 10/4.... Dispite all of that it has been a great experience!

These puppies are so darn comfortable! I bought them with high hopes and was BLOWN AWAY.. I was apprehensive about buying heels online but I can assure you that the shoe fits and I'm going to buy it in every color. I wear a lot of heels and these are my new GO TO for busy days selling homes!

I love the color of the shoe and the packaging. They are true to size but the toe area is a little tight. I was disappointed that I didn't get my extra heel piece and the cushions for the inside. They were not in my box
