Bit small in size than I expected,, but a good product, better for small areas

Dont buy
Sounds like a mixer grinder. Havells service center told its a motor issue and will replace motor in a week. Repairing a brand new product no support from amazon

I have purchased it for a 250sqft room. It comes with a damaged packing so I was a little disheartened, but it's performance completely restored my hope. I'm using multiple products from havells ( 1 pc Celling fan, 2 pcs pedestal fan - 450 mm, 1 pc wall fan - 450mm). According to my past experience i have again beleive in Havells & Amazon. Its colling capacity is sufficient. Airflow is very good. Noise level is less than a 450mm pedestal. It is portable enough to move for home makers. Overall experience is good with Havells.

Damaged Havells Cooler Received
Upon opening the package, I noticed visible issues that appear to have occurred during shipping and are certainly not expected from a new Havells product. Several honeycomb pad segments are dislodged or unevenly seated inside the casing. Please refer to the attached photos that clearly document these issues. I am concerned about potential performance problems, water leakage, or internal damage due to the apparent packaging mishandling. I have been a satisfied Havells customer in the past, and I hope we can resolve this issue quickly and satisfactorily.
