Take carful note of the size you are ordering. This one was a little small and thin but it works for me.

Hard floor.. yes! Carpet..... no!!
Good construction, only downside is it does not work as well as you'd like on carpet for atreadmill. I will add a piece of plywood under it and it will be fine after that.

On a scale of one to ten, I'd give this item a six. There's nothing special it's okay for the price. I use it for the walking pad which is on carpet. Not very thick at all but gets the job done. VERY FLAT!!!
