This lockset is very attractive and operates very well. I was surprised at how easy it is to configure and how well it operates. Lift the handle to lock but it remains unlocked when the lever is moved down to open the door. That means that you can leave your door unlocked whenever you want to and locking it only requires lifting the lever. Great feature! I've purchased more complicated lock sets that use LCDs and require batteries. This set is entirely mechanical, but works at least as well as the more expensive "digital" types. I highly recommend it!

I am glad I purchased this instead of the electronics one. Easy to install and easy to use.

But the handle completely broke off after a year!
