I have tried a couple of similar products but so far I like this one the best. I've used these every night for a little over 2 months now. They open up the airways from the inside and work to help you breathe better and for me personally, snore less. My wife says I snore much less than before and when I do snore it's not as loud so she should be the one writing this review. She is the biggest fan of them. They aren't the most comfortable things in the world but they aren't uncomfortable enough to prevent me from sleeping. In fact I sleep a a lot better with them in. Some reviews said they fell out all the time. They come in 4 sizes so find the one that fits and that shouldn't be an issue for you. They have fallen out on me only twice and most like I rubbed my nose in my sleep or something.The only thing you should be aware of is that they aren't a cure for allergies or anything. If you are congested and can't breathe through your nose then these won't magically allow you to breathe through your nose but if you happen to have nostrils that don't open very wide on their own then these will open your nostrils bigger to allow you to get more air when you breathe through your nose. If that is your issue then these work great.

You know how when you're a kid and you wanted to pretend you were sleeping, you made that 'breathing whistle' like in the old Bugs Bunny cartoons? Well, if you're feeling nostalgic, give these a try. Otherwise, it's a pass. None of the sizes wanted to stay in all night, the air whistling sound was annoying, and overall these were the least effective of the three styles I've tried.

This is one of four brands that I tried. These are almost the equivalent to plastic beads. They aren't very comfortable and do not stay in like they are supposed to. The do work but I would buy smaller ones as they seem really big.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the lack of option to buy only one size. If I see that option I will change it. But who uses more than one size? Anyway, they are perfect for someone that uses a CPAP. Keeps my nose open so the CPAP works more effectively. They are more comfortable than others too.

So have a deviated septum and I’ve tried nasal strips but what a waste of money and clogs pores etc. this is what it’s all about. Could care less about the hard plastic ones since yeah hard plastic in your nose ouch. The silicone ones though find your size and it changes everything. I can breathe perfectly and wear them every night. I trimmed mine just a little bit easy to do on the silicone ones. Got some for some family too and they also claim it helps so much! Well worth it and saves lots of money vs strips as you can just rinse these and good forever

It may work for other purposes, but for the purpose of opening the nasal passages where the deviated septum pushes against the inner skin wall of the nose, these do a poor job. The deviated septum pushes against my inner nose wall and these wont fit, not that they are the wrong size, they are the wrong shape. I tried putting them in, and are too short and too weak to alleviate the problem.I was looking for a non adhesive alternative to the nose strips that go on the outer part of the nose, but these turned out not to help at all.

This is my second purchase of these handy little dilators! I have a narrow nose and as I aged it was harder to breathe at night. I’ve also developed allergies. I would wake up breathing through my mouth many times... and my throat would be so dry! And I snored sometimes. These come in various sizes, so I can choose which set to use. They help open up my passages and I sleep longer and keep my mouth closed!! It didn’t take long to get used to the feeling. They are soft and clean easily. Much better than the exterior strips for me!! Highly recommend them!

These nasal vents are comfortable, and I love that they are silicone so you can reuse and not worry about bacteria, and they really work! First night took some getting used to only because I did not have them positioned correctly, not far enough in. Second night, perfect! So much more air being breathed in, no congestion in AM, no headaches. Thank you!
