i need an A frame that will max to at least 9'. i also want to use it at 6' and 7'. which length should i get?

I believe the USA. Werner is based out of PA. Possibly with parts from China if I read it right.

Is there a ladder leveler made for this ladder so I can use it on my stairs?

Since each side of the ladder extensions are independent, you can easily use this on stairs. Extend one side longer than the other.

How much does it weight

Don't know the actual weight, I am sure the spec's show it somewhere. It feels heavy when lifted or adjusted, and as previously noted the weight can create a bit of an imbalance when used as a extension ladder. It is however, very stable in use.
