One panel consists of 1 whole solid piece or detachable 8 pieces? Can I cut them into different dimension if needed?

It's shipped as a stack of 5 separate sheets which are themselves 8 separate 10"x10" tiles clipped together in a 2x4 layout, and each tile is an open grid on the back which can be cut if needed for a more precise fit.

How do you clean this?

One of those "static cling" dusters works very well for indoor cleaning; they're normal plastic so a wet paper towel, rag, or the like works if basic dusting isn't enough.

Would this be safe to install on a shower wall, which would experience frequent heat and humidity?

I wouldn’t it would collect soap scum and eventually mold it is great as a background wall

How can you hang this on a concrete wall?

You could use the family of flex seal products lol. No but seriously strong adhesive maybe it might have to use the big tools to screw in things to hang it. Check YouTube though they have videos for that I saw a lot of concrete wall tutorials
