Sharp bike definately recommend.
Very happy with this bike. Its quick and gives a nice comfortable ride. Hardest part to assemle on the bike was the rear rack. Assembly instruction was not provided and I struggle at first put together the pieces. The rack doesnt appear to be of the same quaility as the bike itself. Rack appears to be from a different third party manufacturer. That is the only thing I can negatively remark about so far. The bike is very sharp looking. Functions very well and the thinner 2.5 inch tires are much more quiet then the fat tires. I am thoroughly pleased with this budget friendly bike. Its fun to ride and makes running my errands more enjoyable as it's riding appeal gets me out of the house and exercising. I am 69 years old and retired would deginately recommend this bike.

Good bang for the buck.
So I just received the ActBest Race 1000w peak yesterday (one day earlier than projected.-All the parts were in the box and the tools provided handled all the major assembly. Tweaking the positions of the handlebar accessories required a smaller Alan wrench than what was provided. No biggie.-The rear derailleur protection bar was slightly bent inwards restricting full movement but was a simple fix.-As reported in many other reviews, the brakes are kinda soft. I made a small adjustment on both and it made a little difference. Thinking about replacing the pads soon to see if makes a difference.-The build quality feels pretty decent for a bike in this price range.-The tires are fine for most road riding and grippy enough for a dirt path. I’m used to something either more aggressive/sturdier tread on my mtb but it’s satisfactory for now.-Plenty of power as advertised.-The screen is simple and to the point and easy to read.-Love the style and it fits my 5’10 body very well.-I feel like the 21 speeds is unnecessary and 7 speeds would have probably been just fine but who knows, it might come in handy sometime.-It’s a pretty good bang for the buck.

Best bag for your buck
Honestly not a bad bike quality of bike and cables are really good in the future I will upgrade brakes and tires it’s 90% built already just follow the you tube video and it’s not that bad to complete don’t go with a cheaper bike this one won’t disappoint

Commuter
The battery life is somewhat good and lasts a decent distance. Assembly was straightforward and the eBike was easy to assemble. All the necessary tools for assembly were included. Fairly smooth power, although you need to get used to it nudging on as you start to peddle. Decent throttle and cruise mode. 22 mph is the fastest speed on flat terrain. I wish the eBike came with a quick release front tire and puncture resistant tires but for the price it is a good enough bike.

What a blast!
I was impressed as soon as I opened the box. Assembly was extremely easy and only took me about a half hour. The battery had a charge when I got it so I took it out to see how well it will perform. I chose the steepest longest hills to climb, I rode for about 12 miles of serious climbs and the bike was a blast. I would prefer a better tire but so far this is my only complaint. I wanted a bike that if the battery dies and I am far from home I can still ride with ease. This is it! I have had the bike for a couple of months and have ridden around 80 miles The battery gets around 30 miles to a charge. The first level of assist is about 9 miles an hour and top speed level 5 assist and in high gear I can get it to 30 mph but stays steady at 27 mph. The bike pulled a skate boarder on the second level with ease for 11 miles.

Do not recommend this bike unless you need a commuter for cheap.
The media could not be loaded. **Lowered my review to a 1/5 stars.Because I just reached 150 miles on the bike and all of a sudden when biking up hill I lost all power. On the LCD screen it gave me error code "e30". After following the trouble shooting steps on the Actbest website I found that my Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) was malfunctioning or broken. Now my bike will only work if I pedal it with no added assist from the motor or if I constantly have my thumb on the throttle.ALSO! I recently noticed that my rear brake rotor is bowed/bent and the brakes continue to suck and the quality feels really bad. I am ordering a new set of disc brakes and replacing the one's that came on the bike.WHEN THIS BIKE NO LONGER WORKS I WILL NOT GET ANOTHER ONE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BIKE, EVEN THE BASE MODEL.This is my second time buying the bike. First bike I put 70 miles on it then it got stolen in Seattle, Washington after sitting on the side walk locked up for 1 hour. The first bike I got the luggage rack and the fenders. If you’re going to run the luggage rack you aren’t going to be able to fit a rear fender on as well. The fenders they give you aren’t great and they can only attach to the seat stem.I liked the luggage rack, except where you connect the luggage rack to the frame I damaged my shoes while pedaling because I hit the bolts, they stick out too far. I would recommend getting a universal luggage rack with better connections points. The front fender was nice.My wife bought me a second bike, it was the same exact package. After I took the second bike for a test spin the left pedal broke. So I had to buy pedals so that the pedal isn’t hard impossible to turn due to the pedal bearing being broken on arrival. In conclusion:-It makes my commute to Seattle easy with all of the hills that I need to tackle. This bike makes the hills super easy and I don’t show up to work exhausted.-It comes at an affordable price for a starter e-bike.-However I feel there are a lot of drawbacks and would only buy this bike if I needed a commuter for $280.-I am not confident I will be able to use this bike for a long time.My recommendation:-Do not buy the accessory package it didn’t feel worth it and the accessories were not easy to assemble or fit on the bike.-Also quality may differ depending on what bike they send you.-Also I removed the kickstand that the bike comes with. My heel would also hit the kick stand and it would hurt.-The brakes on this bike aren’t good. You need to adjust them and brake early when going down hill. I couldn't stop this morning coming down hill on my way to work and thank god there wasn’t any traffic.
