Q: Do you sell bowl replacement in ceramics? My cats don't like the smell of those stainless steel bowls that came as part of the package.

I just bought 5he ceramic bowls the woman referenced above, they not only fit perfectly, they are adorable, too. Petlibro needs to make extra bowls more easily available to their customers. There iscno need to buy the entire plastic bottom unit to get an extra 2 bowls, so we have extra to have clean daily.

Q: Why is it screaming at me? there is a loud alarm that doesn't stop, even when i unplugged it.

I just had that same thing happen with the auto feeder I just purchased a week ago. I am sending it back. Was not able to remedy it, even after calling for assistance.

Q: Does anyone make a glass bowl that will fit this?
