Great product. I have ordered a few times.

This product overall was ok for the price I paid. The cheapest I found but then I realized why. The hair falls out quickly and the hair at the front of the base is so thin that it’s clearly obvious you’re wearing a hair piece. Other pieces I’ve ordered in the past were also thick and full of hair but this one was thin and lasted me maybe two months vs six months on my others I’ve ordered.

It’s one of the worst hair units I’ve ever purchased. Base ripped the first application, the hairline is not natural at all. I wanted to try the Lordhair pieces for some time but was shockingly disappointed. I think I was sent the wrong one possibly as well. I would recommend any other brand out there. I have tried many units and never had any issues except with Lordhair. For almost $200 it was a one use sort of situation and left me taken advantage of by the seller/product. Update - The customer satisfaction team reached out to me regarding my review over 40 days later to ask if I have pictures!! I would understand that if they had attempted to even reach out to me within 10 days but over a month later? If you think the customer experience can’t get worse with Lordhair, it can. Unbelievably disappointing, if I could give them zero stars I’d rate my original review even lower.

First one purchased in 2019 and still working good. But decided to buy another in 2022 it’s perfect.

The base is super nice! I love it... The hair texture is nice too!!! However the only thing that really bothers me is that there's a lot of hair that was falling out after 1 to 2 months.. on the 4th month... All the hairline hair was gone!!! That's the only thing that I wish they could fix ..the hair it can fall easy!!! When I comb the toupee a lot of hair was shedding... It's heartbreaking...

The color and size of this hair system is perfect and as described in product description, however the quality of the base is sub par. Lordhair usually has been a great product, but my last two purchases make me think they may have changed some aspect of production. The front hairline was very straight and was weaved in a manner that forced the hair to go forward a bit - makes it look a lot less natural. And they increased the price over 35%!
