It worked for a couple of days then stopped heating up. It also heats up quite high in the ears side but not much low down the chin. I don’t recommend the product. Probably I got a faulty one.

I'm writing a review because I am a TMJ sufferer. I first have to say before I used it, I reached out to the seller (info is displayed on back of box) with a concern I had and their response was immediate. They have exceeded my expectations. The product heats up nicely and feels great on my jaw. I will also use this for days I wake up with a stiff neck. Heat is amazing and heats up very nice. :). Product gets 10 starts from me. If you have TMJ you should try this. It's amazing!!!!! December 28, 2024, UPDATE: I had terrible TMJ pain this morning. After only 10 minutes of using this mask on HIGH heat, it was completely gone and has not come back. OMG this is a god send product. If you have TMJ you should def invest in this. It's saved me. Thank you so much!!!!! So happy I don't have to rely on taking ibuprofen any more for pain, natural relief from now on : ).

The heat works really well. It's hotter on the ears than on the jaw. But that might be because of the shape of my little face. This would definitely help for earaches. I'm currently experiencing pulsating sounds in my ear do the TMJ and this is relieving the sound. I like that it's a USB plug-in I have it plugged into a portable battery pack
