I am absolutely thrilled with my Asomtom Q7 eBike! From the moment I hopped on, I knew I was in for an incredible ride. This bike has exceeded all my expectations for an eBike priced at 1200.00The design is sleek and modern, making it a true head-turner wherever I go. The build quality is exceptional, and you can instantly tell that this bike is built to last. The attention to detail is remarkable, and every component feels well-made and durable.The 750w Bafang motor is smooth and powerful, making uphill climbs and long distances an absolute breeze. I love how seamlessly I can switch between pedal-assist modes, allowing me to customize my riding experience based on the terrain or how much exercise I want. The battery life is impressive, giving me plenty of range for my daily commutes and weekend adventures. I have tested 30 mile rides in mostly mode 3 which used half the battery.The ride comfort is another standout feature. The front suspension absorbs bumps and rough surfaces, providing a smooth and enjoyable ride even on uneven roads. The large saddle it comes with is comfortable, but I switched it out for a more familiar smaller saddle.The front light, while not the brightest, ensures that I'm visible to others, especially during nighttime rides. I also use an aftermarket bright front light and a rear light as it only has a reflector. The responsive brakes give me confidence in any situation as they have great stopping power that bring this 74 pound bike quickly to a stop. The overall stability of the bike contributes to a sense of control. I like the extended axle to axle length on this bike.The display is bright, easy to read and provides essential information like speed, distance, modes and battery life.In conclusion, the Asomtom Q7 eBike is a quality electric bike that combines style, performance, and functionality flawlessly. I wholeheartedly give it five stars and recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional eBike.I will be purchasing the step-thru model of this bike in the near future for the wife.Additional: I did switch out the tires that came on it for some Kenda's. A Juggernaut rear and Krusade front, both 30tpi. I run tuffy liners and flatout also because I flatted at my 44th mile on the bike. Rear tire, 2 inch box nail. Wanted the extra protection as its a pain to switch out the rear tube on the road. Also purchased the rear rack from Asomtom as its build quality is much better then the aftermarket route.

I purchased this eBike to commute too and from work.I ride it on city streets and never off road or bumpy terrain and it was great until it wasnt.I gave a 1 star review because the eBike has died.I have contacted the manufacturer and was told I had to buy parts to fix the issue. I bought what I was told to but the issue has not been resolved.Chances are I bought a faulty unit but Asomtom will no longer respond to my emails.I feel I just wasted $1,500 and Asomtom only responded to get me to buy more from them.They do not seem to stand by their product and leave their customers hanging.Not a good way to do business nor build a stromg brand name.

Bike rides great, the only issue is the pedal was stripped. It fell off during a regular ride. I have been trying to thread the inside of the pedal. We will see what happens. I new pedal would b

This bike I purchased didn’t come with the promised lcd display. I solely bought this bike because of the amazing display it had and the ability to access the bikes content however I couldn’t seem to enjoy this bike due to the display given to me

The media could not be loaded. Good bike I’ve ridden it for more than a 1,0000 miles for sure. I mainly use the throttle 95% of the time. If I were to buy this bike again I would keep in mind to get a seat cushion, upgrade to better brake pads and remove stock front light and upgrade to a better one. Stock light doesn’t do anything.

Over all it's a pretty decent bike I have contacted customer service of the manufacturer and it was resolved quickly without any issues miscommunication but that's it the crank was crap on mine right out the gate got it resolved and been doing great since there not a bad company nor bad bike maybe a few quality control issues but what company doesn't have those issues right not all reviews are created equal some people are just not happy no matter what so I always tell people avoid 5 star reviews and avoid the reviews that give the worst rating that's personal emotions talking and leaves a bad mark for a company for no reason I will gladly point out areas I'd like to see improvements but won't bash a company for bad luck!!! Give one a try there quite nice the heaviness makes you feel you got your money worth and the company does focus on its customers as I had to get a warranty swap and again no problems worked out well

Bike worked great for about a month then it stopped I have tried to contact costumer support 19 times have not gotten an answer back.

This Ebike is incredible. There quick response customer service is based out of China and they will need pictures of any problems that arise so just be patient and from my experience, they will make everything right again I am very happy with my purchase and my family will be purchasing moreEbikes from Asomtom
