Have only used once, great item did the job indoors effortlessly and cleanly.

I considered a larger drum mixer but have no space left to store one and cleaning these are a pain. So bought this paddle mixer instead. No regrets so far. Mixes mortar and concrete well in a Gorilla tub. But don't try and mix too much at once, about 25kg bag of sand plus cement max. Really easy to clean. Saves a lot of time and effort. Seems good quality for a great price. Need ear defenders.

Used for mixing cement and render for walls. Absolutely perfect. No waste (unlike a cement mixer and all the cleaning that goes with it). Simply mixed in a large plastic tub. Saves time and materials for smaller jobs. Easy to clean, hose off after each mix. Takes seconds.

I used my new Paddle mixer today, and I must say I am very pleased with it, I was reading some reviews on different paddle mixers and found this one to be about the best of all, The 1600 wats of power deals with the mixing of some plasterboard adhesive with ease, the slow start on the trigger was a pleaser to use and the whole unit is very light compered to the size of it and the paddle is a big bigger than the ones I've used before but it do make light work of mixing, I've only had this on one speed so far but it has got two speeds, for the price of this little machine I think its well worth it, only time will tell if it go's the test of time.

I used this for a recent project in my back garden. If you don't want the hassle of renting a mixer drum or buying one, then this tool is very powerful and doing mixes in a flexible bucket about 25KG at a time is easy. If I didn't have this It would have taken me ages by hand. Only comment is you need to remember to clean the whisk if you are going to take a break otherwise the mix obviously can begin to harden a little around it which means a little bit more effort to clean, other than that its fine. Very good product in my opinion.

I’ve mixed mortar, cement and Krend using this mixer. It’s worked like a beast and I’m really happy with it. This is so much better than a paddle that attaches to a drill. Trust me I’ve used a drill/paddle combo and it really hurts your arms as there is so much torche and it can really hurt your arms. This however is a much more powerful beast. It has two handles so is much easier to operate. Your arms will thank you. My only criticism is that it is really tricky to keep it at slow speed. It wants to go fast, too fast for mortar and concrete. So you have to keep letting go of button to slow it down. Might be easier to control without gloves but I always were them.. it comes in a surprisingly small box and two spanner’s. Just screw to two paddle bits together and off you go. Mine just gets chucked into shed as it’s in constant use.

This mixer is powerful enough and worked well for a couple of weeks until the button started sticking on creating quite a tricky, messy and potentially dangerous situation. Tried everything for weeks and eventually had to break the button to remedy it.
