Are these flakes made from Hulled or Hullless Barley?

These barley flakes look similar to oat flakes. Sadly, I found about a dozen mouse droppings in the bag. I'm not sure if I will buy this brand again.

How long does it take to cook?

They cook really fast. It just takes a few minutes. I was surprised at how fast they were ready.

Rolled flat whole grain barley, ready to cook with added water to the tenderness desired.

These are flakes-- I use as an alternative to oats.. barley is more chewy however in recipes! Doesn't sprout.....
