I have been using this for about a week now and honestly for $50 its absolutely WORTH IT!! it makes ice so quick and is so convenient!. I was on a budget so i didn't expect much but this blew my expectations away! every time you need to refill just get some bottles of water and fill it up to the max fill line and that's it. for the water capacity It takes a quarter gallon to be full. I feel safe consuming the ice because its clean! Would definitely get another if i ever need. It was a little heavy taking it out the box and setting it up but that doesn't matter for me because its just sitting in one spot, also for the size its compact like a mini cooler. It works so well and if i ever need cleaning done it also has a self cleaning option which is neat. Also if you're thinking that its going to need constant refills then think again, i have a family of 4 and we use it 3 times a day and we had to refill it after 3 full days of use. it runs 24/7 and whenever the wife wants me to sleep on the couch i wouldn't have a problem with it because its not loud at all!

We love our ice maker! So far we have had no issues. We use filtered water from our Brita pitcher and the ice comes out tasting great! We power it off every night and turn it on each morning. It produces quite a lot of ice for us throughout the day. You can also adjust the size of the cubes to your preferences, small or large. We go with the large and the machine makes them into a bullet shape. I don’t find the noise level to be distracting, though you can definitely tell when it has just produced a new batch because you can hear the newly made ice being pushed into the basket. I find this product to be a great value for the money for those who are on the fence. It is self-cleaning so I have been pouring a vinegar/water mixture once every 2 weeks into the machine to ensure there is no mold or mildew build up and so far it has worked like a charm. I would recommend this product especially for those who use ice frequently throughout the day or just like to have an ice cold drink, I’ve noticed I’ve been drinking more water because of this machine!

It makes ice quickly but doesn't keep it frozen, so it just melts and it makes more. Seems to run all the time. Guess you have to bag up whats made and keep in freezer since the tray is very small

Works Great, Great Price.. and very quiet... makes ice very quickly and is self cleaning... I think anyone would appreciate this ice maker.. Fits nicely under the kitchen counter, and nice shade of black. Easy to set up and easy to maintaine...I have had two others, they were more expensive; But this one is the best I have ever had..

I just got this yesterday, just in time for the long weekend camping. It was simple to unbox and get started running the initial 4 cycles through it.Easy to drain over the sink when finished using it.One of the lightest ones that still makes bullet cubes. (Lighter for RV!)Very easy to use, quickly makes ice.Great price point for one of these!

JUNK!!! Pure junk! I used it twice! And the red light ice is full keeps coming on after 10 seconds!! What a pain to return. The support voice mail is full so now I’m out the money!

I’ve had time to experiment with this thing and it works really well. First off when it’s delivered to your house please let it sit upright for 24 hours before you plug it in cause it does use refrigerant so it’s gotta settle, and who knows what it’s been through during the delivery process. And I’m pretty sure it does not have a filter so for best results we like to use grocery store bought gallon of purified water but tap water works good to, but keep it chilled to keep from having wet ice. But I’ve also used room temperature water and it’s ok but not as good lol! I’m no professional on this unit yet, I’m just trying to help the next buyer, but we love it!

Does make ice. It doesn't make 26 lbs in 24 hours or even close to that.
