why is this almost double the price than on the torani website?

Torani is the manufacture while we resell their product, they need to make profit from that so we pay more than they incur of course. Selling on Amazon incurs fees and shipping is expensive. Shipping one bottle of this (our cost) is anywhere from 8$-11$.

do you mix it with plain creamer to froth?

I use 1 oz of syrup to 2.5 oz of of cold brew concentrate and 8 oz. of boiling water. I don't add any milk to it and I don't "froth", I'm sorry
