This should have 5 stars, but it smelled really bad ;-)
This should have 5 stars, but it smelled really bad ;-) All kidding aside, this is a very versatile dry bag. I good size (see photo). I wasn't sure wether to get the 20L or 10L so I got them both. Fly-in fishing in Canada every year I've beat up my good waterproof boat bag. Getting a boat bag to replace my worn out one, and another to hold my DJI Mavic Pro (drone) and accessories which i take with me now. That expensive drone stuff needs to stay bone dry. Nice carry options including a shoulder strap. An air purge valve, which to me is a must have. Wether it will hold up like my other one remains to be seen. For less than $30 the price is hard to beat. The 20L is a good size. Not too big, and not to small after you do the 3 fold thing from the top. I bathroom tested it filled with toilet paper and purged about 2/3rd of the remaining air. Held it underwater in the bath tub for quite some time. Brought it out, dried it off and checked to see the toilet paper was bone dry. Not a drip. Now why not 5 stars? I realize all this new PVC stuff has a residual odor. Well upon opening this it was a very strong plastic/rubber like smell. I used something to hold it open and let it air out for a couple days. It still smelled pretty badly inside. Enough so that it would smell up cloths or other stuff put inside. Wasn't a big deal for me because of the stuff I will be putting in there. But for others who may put cloths or food in there, a good week or more of airing out is a good idea. STRONG plastic/rubber smell with this bad boy.

The 20L is a nice "daypack" size
I purchased the 20L and it's perfect as a "daypack" dry bag. I haven't exposed mine to anything crazy yet (only splashes from my son and water sloshing at the bottom of my kayak) but it's held up so far. I actually liked the shoulder strap system a lot, but I (foolishly) didn't realize that unlike regular packs, there is nothing to vent your back - just the waterproof rubber. So, your back obviously gets a bit sweaty. Still, I really liked using it as a backpack after my son and I would kayak out to an island and explore. If I have problems with this I'll update the review, but the material is so thick that I'm pretty confident that this will do the job.I recommend this to you and I hope this review helps you.

I bought this to bring items like sandals and towel
I used this item ahead of a sailing trip around St. John, US Virgin Islands. I was told we would have to swim to shore, if we ever go to land. I bought this to bring items like sandals and towel. We were provided a kayak to haul our gear while we swam to shore so we used this to load items including fresh food that needed to be grilled. The bag worked great. It should be noted, that I never submerged the bag in water and truly tested its waterproof capability. I also used the bag to hike on shore and go shopping. The straps were comfortable even when loaded with heavy groceries.

Waist strap/belt way too small!
The back pack is great. Used it all summer on the jet ski. Kept everything completely dry. No issue's there. It's nice you can blow it up, or suck the air out of the pack. My only complaint was that it came with a strap that was supposed to go around your stomach, which is supposed to keep the pack more secure to you back during activities. Well the belt was WAY too small. Not even close to fitting me. I'm around a 36 waist. It would barely fit around my 4 year old! That is the only improvement this thing needs.

This is a great waterproof bag. Construction seems solid - I like the handles and the backpack straps. The only thing that would make it better would be an outside accessible pouch/pocket - perhaps with a see-through window. I'm thinking of things like keys/cellphone/wallet that you'd like to have immediate access to - otherwise, this is a great purchase.

Great bag - we use it to hold our sailing ...
Great bag - we use it to hold our sailing gear so it braves the salt water and it does a great job at it. We never use the additional harness strap, but I'm sure it's useful for other folks

... puerto rico and I must say this is the best product I have ever invested in
I hiked through an excursion in puerto rico and I must say this is the best product I have ever invested in. A whole day hiking through water and everything was dry by the end of the day.

Ehhhhhh, I'd pass.
The bag itself is very sturdy and feels riding enough to withstand any weather thrown at it, but the shoulder strap system is completely confusing and ridiculous. No instructions were sent with the product to explain how to use, etc. We're sending the bag back and ordering a Scorch bag instead, hoping were more satisfied with that product.
