First I will say it looks really nice and will be great in the bog garden. It is heavy and solid at the bottom but that is where the BUT is. The first arrived and I opened it to find the Cattail to be broken off. The package was closed soid and well boxed but the cattail/base connection had been broken because it is a heavy stress point. Amazon replacement was no problem and a new one was there in 2 days... BUT when I opened it, it was broken in the same spot. This was not as shattered as the first and I decided to repair it and keep this one. Epoxy and wooden dowel later I had it fixed and ready for the garden... BUT this would not be practical for most people. I am experienced at repairing damaged objects like ceramics so resin was not going to be an issue. The company needs to work on the package or the molding at the cattail/base area. In short, I really would not recommend this for most people, looks good but that area is way to fragile!

When I received the item I was surprised at how ugly the coloring was of both the frogs and the plant of the statue. I even tried setting it out by my pond for a few days, but I just could not live with how ugly it was. I’m sure it’s very functional, but seeing as it’s for aesthetics, We should either make the coloring more realistic or plain
