I ordered this for my son who is quadraplegic and needs a way to get his own water throughout the day. Unfortunately, this does not have a bit valve. So my son is STILL unable to get his own drink without help. This product has an on/off valve that must be turned to get a drink. My son is unable to turn the valve. I am returning this product because it won't fit his needs. But overall I was impressed with the quality of the product. It will work fine for someone that can use his arms and finger. That's not my son though. Very sad!

Customer service deserves 5 stars. The pack, however, 1 star. The snap on the chest strap came undone the moment I put the pack on. The strap across the waist had no grip and kept coming lose. The snaps on the shoulder straps rubbed under my armpits. The bag in general is of very low quality for the price. But the company was very proactive in refunding the purchase.

The first Messi Hydration Pack I ordered was defective (the stitching on the strap was completely undone and fell apart as we were taking it out of the packaging). The pack seemed like good quality otherwise so we sent that one back and ordered another one. The second pack was intact and had no issues, I'm sure glad I took that chance. This was used at Camp for a week and held up well. I like that it was a complete set up, with the bladder, towel and clip. Overall this is a good product and a great value.

We're using it for a EDM festival. I tested it out by using a Pokemon Go as my excuse to test it out. Mine did not leak, which is great because I was looking for a hydration pack that wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg compared to the Camel back brand, which is good but out of my price range. Defiantly would buy another one from here. :]

Received the Hydration Pack within a couple of days after ordering. The product is well made and looks great. When I received the product one of the plastic clips was broken (not sure if it was damaged in shipping). I contacted Stephanie and explained what I found when I opened the package. Within 2 days I received a replacement clip, which was super easy to reinstall on the strap that clips around your midsection. I would highly recommend this product and this company for exceptional customer service!

Honest opinion from someone who paid full price - this is a decent hydration pack. I first used it on an outing on a hot day and filled up the bladder and placed an ice pack in the bag. I also had my wallet and phone in the front mesh pocket. The ice pack did sweat a bit which caused my wallet to become a bit damp but it wasn't "wet". But the water stayed cool all day. There were no leaks whatsoever. I wish that the valve was a bit easier to open or had a "bite" option to open the valve like the Camelbaks do. But functionality wise, it's great. It's comfortable and fits nicely with the straps.

I've had hydration packs before, but this was inexpensive, easy to clean, and not too bulky. Two liters of water is good enough for the majority of your day hikes.I have learned the hard way to keep your pack around a long time is clean it after every use.

Held the water just fine and hasn't leaked. Love the little towel as well.
