Spacious, Well-Designed Brooder Box With Great Value
This chick brooder box is perfect for beginners and experienced owners alike. The smart temperature control keeps chicks warm, and the pine wood construction feels safe and sturdy. Assembly is quick, All the necessary tools are included, even a power screwdriver, visibility is great with the clear panels, and the size works well for chicks and other small pets. Excellent quality and great support. Great value! Highly recommend!

Highly Recommended Brooder
Great quality item! Sturdy & fairly easy to put together. All accessories and parts arrived exactly as described.Purchased this brooder for our 4 chicks. The brooder itself was sturdy, functioned perfectly and sized well for our small flock. The lamp setup was perfect. Our littles happily moved from one side to the other eating, drinking, playing and pooping. The temperature gauge was helpful.so I thought it was an excellent value for the money. It came very well packaged, and I would definitely recommend purchasing this.

Good begginer chick brooder
I hatched 13 chicks almost 4 weeks ago. When the chicks were <2 weeks old, you could've easily had up to 20 or so in there. Once they double in size, not so much. This is perfect for newly hatched chicks that you'd like to interact with/keep an eye on a constant basis. •instructions suck, don't buy this if you need serious step by step instructions for dummies. Luckily my husband has built 900 ikea things for me so he was experienced •holds heat well, lamps are great •sturdy, but cheap pine. Would be giving 5 stars if they had used a better quality wood. •best accessories are the little dust pan & broom, feeder, and hutch. Unnecessary accessories pretty much everything else. Would also give 5 stars if they wouldn't put a waterer that attached to the wall or something innovative/clean/doesnt get things wet. I attempted to use something like a hamster waterer and it just didn't work. •the windows are absolutely perfect for kids and interaction. 9.75/10 on design. As you can see on the last photo, we were innovative in a makeshift latch to keep little hands from opening the from windows. Had they of put a latch on the front sliders too, would've been a game changer. I used puppy pads (be sure to buy chemical/fragrance free!!) During the first week. Had to clean it up to twice/day, but super easy with puppy pads. Then added pine shavings and have been cleaning every other day. Still use pads under the shavings to help with quick clean up. At 4 weeks, chicks outgrow the feeder. I also wouldn't have more than 15 chicks at 4 weeks. We are moving these out this week. Again, great beginner stage brooder. If you clean it often and take care of it, the cheap pine won't matter and it'll hold up for a long time. I wipe it with fragrance free baby wipes and just wet towel. I clean the accessories at least every other day, including the wood ones, in the sink. They dry out fast under that heat lamp. I don't use soap, again chemicals under a heat lamp + small chicks is a bad combo. Overall, good value for the money. Great size for a little backyard flock.

The Box is nice. That’s where it ends.
It’s okay. We’re using it for another brood of chicks, but the cords are atrocious, the temperature setting device is positioned near the plug, so good luck? I had to do some crazy conversions to celsius because that’s all you can do with it. I have no idea how to set the temperature- I assume you dial it to where you want it when it says PO and SET? Not all plugs fit outlets. It was a nightmare to put together, instructions are vague. Came with a bunch of extra acrylic nonsense that appears to be for a completely different product? I have no idea what but also has terrible instructions, so it’s a mystery. The acrylic windows are so flimsy, it’s a nightmare changing bedding. Doesn’t work how it should. Very concerned for chicks’ safety. Honestly, would rather just have the box at a much lower price and get a brooder plate. Even then, now removing the lid to take out the lights would be a herculean task. The box with legs is nice. That’s where it ends. It’s overpriced for what it delivers. I would not recommend this product.

Build one instead.
Got brooder box on legs b/c we have dogs and elevating it is ideal. Overall impression, not safe for permanent enclosure pets, not worth the money, skip this product and buy or build a cheaper, better option. Cons: -Wood on top door framing is weak, came broken on the corner and required wood glue repair before hinges could attach. -Heat bulb not functional, purchased ceramic heat bulb and replacement red light bulb. -Plastic sliding doors are flimsy, not large enough to hold inside the tracks, and are easily pushed out of the tracks because the doors bend with slightest pressure - BOX IS NOT PET SECURE!! -Temp and humidity gauges are Celsius only -Requires extension cord as the power cord is 3 or 4 INCHES long. -Does not hold ideal heat and has warm and cold spots due to drafts (heat plate or brooder plate recommended) Pros: -It has legs Edit: Box holds heat with replacement ceramic heat element. Temperature controller does its job.

Great brooder! Easy to put together- took about 1 hour . I’m ordering another one for some button quail . Easy slid doors and lifting lids . Didn’t use the thermostat but keeps nice and warm inside for chicks

Product arrived partially broken some of the wood was split, But we needed it for some peafowl immediately. The pros nice and easy to assemble, the dual ways of getting in is nice as-well we had about 5 peachicks in here and they loved it. It came with one heat lamp we ended up needing a second but that was fine. Overall a great unit if you are looking to grow out some small fowl until they can take room temp and need more room

Love this! Took a little over an hour to put together..the door being the hardest part (struggled getting the door to stay in the top groove..kept falling forward until I lowered and screwed the board above it a little lower then it showed to do it). Not exactly sure where the temperature probe is suppose to be..no direction either for that..so its currently just hanging out inside. I do wish there was pre drilled spots for the lights..I just guessed and went with it. Only can give a 4 star since its not currently in use..egg will hatch in a day and then the real test will come. Hopefully its easy to clean 🙏

Easy to put together but cheaply made and I didn’t realize the top part isn’t mesh. Was going to use it for button quail but theres very little ventilation and it’s not appropriate. I might modify it and staple mesh to the front instead of using the clear plastic wall.
