Works very well
My chain was dry and was making lots of noise as I pedaled. Normally I would go to the local bike store for maintenance, but now I am distancing because COVID-19. I checked the chain to see if it was rubbing against the front gear derailleur. It was not. I opened the can for this lanolin lube product, which took some muscle, and brushed some lube on the chain. It worked great, silencing the chain noise and making gear shiftIng smooth again. I took a late night ride feeling good about my chain maintenance and knowIng I am using a product that is natural and biodegradable.

A Squeaky Bicycle - No more!
After looking up paraffin wax (an ingredient in a lot of chain lubricants) and how it can cause cancer due to benzene, I really wanted something else to use on my old bicycle. The bike would squeak going down the road like a pack of rats! After liberally brushing on this Eco Sheep all over my derailleurs and chain, my bike was quiet as a mouse and soooo much easier to peddle! Now I never have to worry about paraffin wax again! Highly recommended! Great chain lube!

Great lube from a great source used for a great cause.
I've been looking for something like this for a while. I like the built in applicator, and the viscosity is great. And its biodegradable. Whats not to like about that?A friend and I are collecting unwanted bikes for kids of all ages and fixing them up to donate to people who can't afford them. I like that we're using a biodegradable lube from a single source small business.

Leaves drivetrain clean
I really like this lubricant and now use it for all the household stuff I may have in the past used WD-40 or 3-in-1 oil. This product does truly clean as it lubricates. I'll apply this liberally but wipe chain dry as possible, go for a ride, and upon return home will wipe down the chain and other drivetrain components, and everything gleams and stays clean for several rides to follow. I've been riding mainly in dry conditions since I first bought this so I can't testify to its performance in wet conditions. That this is totally non-petroleum based just makes it all the more amazing. This product is a total keeper!

Eco-friendly
I love this product. Lubes the chain and parts really well and stays viable for a good long time. It even brought an old rusted chain back (well mostly). I really like that it isn't Teflon too. I liked so much I bought a second can.

Comparing other lubes, this one is more expensive. ...
Comparing other lubes, this one is more expensive. However, it is worth it especially due to the brush that comes with it. The little plastic holder on top also makes it extremely convenient for your hands to avoid the grease. My bike was extremely rusted and with this lube and a bit of paper towel it mostly came off. I live on a campus that rains A LOT (oh Midwest), and I surely do not regret purchasing this bike lube.

Very bad dirt collects on chain.
The oil is easy to apply but the reality is within one week my chain and gears were so gummed up from the oil and dirt I had steam clean the entire gears, chain and bike in order to clean it.
