I bought this late season, and it is already growing well; tendrils formed all around its climbing-frame, and new leaves forming readily and steadily. Apart from a careless staple through one of the two main leaves (which was avoidable, see photo, and for which I have taken off a star for packaging), the plant was otherwise well packaged, and, over all, the plant was clearly robust and good value for money.

I had a slight problem with the initial delivery and so contacted the seller. I received a response surprisingly quickly and from that point the dialogue was so quick as to resemble chatting with a friend on WhatsApp. Within almost no time the problem had been discussed and resolved with the offer of either a full refund or a replacement. I opted for the latter and have now received, within a couple of days, a plant that I am more than happy with. Based on the quality of customer service I received, I will definitely look to using Gardeners Dreams again in the future and thoroughly commend them to others.UPDATE 26 April 2022Unfortunately I had to contact Gardeners Dream again with regard to this purchase. However, their swift - almost immediate - response plus their friendly and helpful attitude, plus their endeavours to ensure that I received full satisfaction, leave me in no doubt that this was just one of those bits of bad luck that can cause any supplier problems from time to time. As with my initial query with them, the problem was quickly resolved to my full satisfaction. The dialogue of emails was rapid - like two teenagers texting back and forth - so the while matter was fully resolved well within an hour of my starting to type my first email.Their level of service makes me more than happy to do business with them again. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone contemplating ordering from them.I have no connection with them apart from being a customer.

Ive left a star off because ive clearly not been sent the correct type of this flowet as a second floerr has opened up pure white. Theres no blue. Which is disappointing as I wanted a colourful plant to grow up ny property. Im still happy its growing but theyve made a mistake on the variationYAY THIS CONTINUED TO GRIW WELL!! & HAS FINALLY FLOWERED!! 😊 Though its not as colourful as pics just white but could be because unfortunately I had to move it my balcony rather than front house where all sun is due to bad neighboughs trashing garden. But love this when i can i try get it attached front of house but ontop my porch it can grow safely up there.Update. These were doing well so transfered thdm for now and added extra stick till can get mesh up on front . Was worried it would harm them but theyve developed little Buds all over :) can recommend theseHave just recieved a 2nd delivery of a same order suprisingly, but glad as that will cover cost of the plants that died. So happy with this again and a lavender tree 😍There's no flowers but plenty of leaves & looks OK on seems.. so fingers crossed.This is only the 2nd plant out of 8 so far from here that looks healthy enough & not dying. The other was a lavender tree. That's nice too

Arrived on time and planted straight away. Growing beutifully.

Ordered a passiflora and honeysuckle, followed planting instructions for both (planted in separate areas). And have successfully grown both before. Honeysuckle seems to be doing well, passiflora seemed slow to grow, abs has died off over the past few weeks, never really having made any gain in size.

When the plant arrived it was small and didn't look very impressive. It was well packed and came quickly but I had ordered it for my sister's 50th as our Dad who passed away and loved his passion flower but Mum who isn't green fingered had had it removed... So I wanted to buy my sister her own. Her birthday was 26th May and she said the plant was tiny. The photo is of the plant today 9th July.
