Excellent heat patches for back pain
I’ve been using these heat patches for many years, as I have had problems on and off with lower back pain. They are excellent! They stay stuck to the skin all day, I have never had any problems with them falling off like some reviewers say. Just make sure the skin is clean and dry before you stick the patch on, and don’t try to remove it and restick it.The heat is gentle but surprisingly effective. You might think it’s not doing anything, but when you take it off in the evening you can feel how warm the skin is underneath.I have found them extremely helpful in reducing any bouts of back pain.

Definitely helped
These patches definitely helped when i put a muscle in my lower back out. The warmth lasted a good few hours and were enough to help relax the muscle.

A cold achy one star
Useless. Meant to be for 24h use but apparently you can't sit, lie or sleep with them on.Put one on and even after an hour it wasn't even warm. Did nothing for my back ache
