These roses are very immature plants.
I was expecting the rose to be a little more advanced for the price, it is, however, almost June, and the roses are beginning to bud and some are in full bloom. This specimen is very small, and took up about 1/5th of the packaging!!! I was a little embarrassed when it came to giving it as a gift!!!!! I'm sure it will be OK in the fullness of time.
