Outstanding, best pork ever!
Such a creamy buttery flavor. Don't overcook it and it will be the most tender pork you ever had! I sliced super thin slices and I breaded them in Italian bread crumbs, put some olive oil in the pan and cooked them quickly on each side, so good! I would consider myself a bit of a pork connoisseur LOL I have bought all brands spent all kinds of money on pork and this is absolutely the best!
