Für die Bachelorarbeit.Mir persönlich gefällt dieses Buch sehr. Die vier Phasen werden einfach und verständlich erklärt. Es wird immer Bezug auf die alten Auflagen genommen, so dass man dem Inhalt sehr gut folgen kann.
