My grandsons love this and so do I! It quickly converts into a storage bin for all the dinosaurs the boys have, and they have a lot, and it easily opens flat so they have a play mat for their prehistoric creatures. We've had it for some time now and it gets a lot of use and I haven't had any problems with it falling apart or the lid not staying put. I added dinosaurs to this play set for a gift and my 6 year old twin grandsons have a wonderful time. And the best part? It's easy for them to put their toys away without a fight. Sure, they could put the toys in totes but where's the fun in that? This is really two products in one: attractive storage bin and fun play set. An excellent bargain!

My six year old loves this birthday gift! We gave this to him three months ago and it goes everywhere with us. It has held up to several children at the baseball field (while big brother has practice). The bin goes with us in the car for those in between times. It zips quickly and easily, wipes clean with a damp cloth, and hold tons of dinosaurs. We bought several dinosaur sets to fill it up. I have noticed the lid velcro does not stick well but that is an easy fix with the purchase of some velcro buttons. But the lid is off more than on in this house. Great purchase for the price. To fill it up, we bought the assorted dinosaurs with eggs by Peradix (my son’s favorite), Quadpro dinosaur set, and Joyin Toy dinosaur set. These filled the zip bin perfectly with a great assortment. The neighborhood kids come over to play all the time and clean up is a simple zip and scoop away. Winner!

I really like this playmat/storage bin and so do my kids! It provides a nice little background for dinosaurs and then they can easily zip up the sides to trun it into a box to store the dinos. The lid has some velcro tabs you can use to attach it to the box, or you can tuck the tabs under the lid, where there are more attachment surfaces if you prefer not to velcro the lid to the box. The handles on the bin make it easy for the kids to just grab it out of the closet and bring it to wherever they want to play. I actually wish it was just a tad bit bigger, but it does provide enough room for a couple of kids to play on the mat at a time. I subtracted one star because of the dinosaurs that come with the bin. They are small, rather ugly, and just lame. But I didn't buy this play set for the dinosaurs anyway. I bought the Animal Planet baby dinosaurs set which is of good quality and the dinosaurs are cute and it comes with a tree and pond and a nest with eggs which go nicely with this playmat. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to a friend.

This was a gift for a 3 year old girl who likes dinosaurs. I was looking for a container to put all of her dinos in.This is nicely made (although it is missing one of the paracord zip pulls), easy to use and colorful. The toy dinos that it comes with are nicely made, but nothing fantastic. It is easy to use, with pulling down the zippers to open the play mat, and pulling up the zippers to create the container.The 3 year old loves playing with it and has no problem with the zippers, etc.

I bought this for my little guy well over a year ago. He plays with it all the time. He stores his favorite dinosaurs in it and loves pulling it out and playing with it. The play mat it zips out to is pretty big and two little kids can play at it easy. It is not really big enough to store all his dinosaurs, but he so many dinos. It does not hold 160 of his dinosaurs figures. I doubt he has 160 figures and he has a big bunch. Maybe if they were all pretty small similar to the size of the 2 that come with it, but most figures rang in size. Anyhow, I still think it is a pretty fun toy and good quality for the price. It is without a doubt a toy my little guy enjoys and is proud to store his favorite Dino figures in this box.

When I ordered this, I originally thought it would have more than 2 dinosaurs, and that the mat would be more than just a flat picture of some rocky terrain. My son is a very active 3 yr. old, and while his rug with roads on it keeps his attention for extended periods of time, this toy does not. He's had it for about 2 weeks now and it's seen more use as a tote for his other toys. I was really disappointed that he doesn't like it more, but maybe with age. The product itself is nice, though, and seems good quality. It just may not be a good fit for my son, and I think it was overpriced for what you get.

This is the second ZipBin set I have purchased for my grandchildren - this is the Dinosaur playset and I first found ZipBin as a car playset, and there are other ZipBins as well. This toy is a box with a lid that starts out flat but becomes a box by zipping well placed durable zippers. It is a well conceived and colorful toy that comes with dinosaurs plus the bottom of the ZipBin comes out and opens into a flat play mat with a dino habitat. Everything is then stored in the box, and there is room for other toys - more dinosaurs or trees, whatever the play session involved. It is wonderful for traveling because the child puts all the toys in the ZipBin and carries it away easily. If your child or grandchild is already dinosaur crazy, then this toy will just extend and facilitate the pretend play they are already doing - but the clean up and storage make parents very happy.
