Worst experience
The phone I received is faulty. The vol key and the start button are not working properly. I feel ashamed of believing in Amazon assured promise of good quality products. The supplier has not responded to my complain. Is there any way to return the phone and get my money back? Who should I contact now? The consumer court? The supplier Mobilehubb should be banned from trading. Beware everyone who is reading this.

Turned Out Fine
It turned out fine, I was scared at first to order a renewed phone reading the reviews, anyways I took a calculated risk here but turns out phone is okay, normal does all the functions as intended. Earphones are missing. Charger is there and a transparent back cover. Up till now the phone is functioning good. Charges in 3 hrs stays long enough good battery life. Camera is so so, processing and ram is worth the price though.In my case the phone turned out fine. The phone is great buy in this range. With this price you can't get everything best but whatever you need in a phone it's there.

It was a gift to my parents but pathetic phone and pathetic customer service.
It is really annoying to see the sort of service provided to a customer. Pathetic policy. DO NOT buy these renewed model. Instead pay a Lil extra go for new one
