Plenty bright
Great size and plenty bright enough for my motorcycle for dark rides. I usually use the high beam for more visibility and get noticed more. But with these lights, I dont need the high beam as much. Very easy install with great instructions. And it doesnt seem to draw a lot of current. I just tapped the hot wire off the tail light harness and it was good enough.

Exactly what I was looking for
I was looking for low amperage lights that I could leave on all the time on my sidecar rig to help with conspicuity. These fit the bill, well made, some additional light on the road, and they don't seem to bother oncoming traffic. Well made and very easy to install. Only 12 watts for the pair (1 amp) so not too taking on the aging charging system on my 30+ year old motorcycle.

Amazon Description Wrong -- But Very Nice Fog Lamps
Sometimes you have to wonder who does the product descriptions at Amazon...These are NOT stamped steel with glass lenses. The body/housing of the lamp is cast aluminum. The lens is plastic. This is a good combination for an LED-based lamp. It is light weight and strong. There is no relay included, since a pair of these lamps only consumes about 12 watts -- 1 amp.It should be noted that this model lamp is one of the few (if any?) true LED fog lamps. Most LED "fog lamps" are actually narrow beam flood lamps. For a fog lamp, any light above a horizontal plane (extending from the lamp center) is wasted. So at least 40% of the light from almost all of the LED fog lamps is wasted. Further, the light that goes "up" makes more glare. The LP350 lamps have a very slick design. There are two 3-watt LEDs in each lamp. They are mounted on a circuit board extending into the middle of the lamp. One fires up and the other fires down into reflectors. You can't see the LED from straight ahead, and the reflector design gives a wide flat beam.My primary use for these lamps is for near-field fill on a Piaggio MP3 500 scooter. Mounted low, these lamps skim out and fill in under the low beams. The low mounting also helps bring out the surface features of the road. I ride with them on most of the time to give a better aspect to be seen on the road.My reason for the 4 stars? (1) Many drivers would like to blast out more light. (2) The mounting parts supplied are a little on the light side, and don't mate at all to PIAA mounts. My prediction is that more of this kind of design (up and down firing into reflectors) will be coming down the road, especially as LEDs with 100-150 lumens per watt make their way into more consumer goods.

A great alternative.
I've tried every light that is on the market to increase my night vision - halogen, aircraft landing lights, fog, blue, halo even the HID but then LED came along and I tried buying bulbs. They don't work, period. So I stepped up and got a led light bar. Difference between night and day. I was in heaven. Ok, so the wife gets that vehicle and my sedan got the new TruckLite led headlight replacements. Fine, great but what about my daily offroader which no one makes a headlight replacement for. someone suggested the PIAA. I've had those in the past when I still rallyed my sports cars. I didn't know they did LED. And they don't do it like anybody else. Everybody else does it like my light bar, lots of little leds pointed forward. PIAA use their perfected reflector with a great lens to magnify the power of 3 little leds. And it WORKS. Now, I can run the fog lights, get lots of visibility, not bother oncoming drivers AND for a third of what a cheap led light bar would run me with a similar output. VERY happy

How do I pronounce PIAA...?
Used on my 2019 Indian scout. Installed onto GLR-50MM-2 (searchable on Amazon) bar mounts. The lights aren't quite as bright as I expected, but they are fog lights so it's not exactly "the brighter the better". Only ridden about 100 (gruesome) miles but they seem very well made. I ended up removing the whole switch system and just soldering the wires to my bikes existing 12v accessory wires.

Super bright - great light output.
These performed better than expected. I initially thought I had ordered the driving lights and was kind of disappointed when the fog light kit showed up. I installed them anyway and have been super impressed. I mounted them on my 2009 Silverado that has 7.5" of lift so it is pretty high off the ground but these light still do a great job of lighting the road right in front of me with effective white light. I have used them in heavy snow and they were bright enough that I could turn off my headlights and still drive at 45-50 safely. Good purchase and easy to install.

Not worth it
PIAA's are generally the top of the line for aux. lighting. So with their known quality and excellent beam patterns I purchased these. The idea makes sense, a true engineered lens and reflector. But, the light is simply too dim. Just doesn't come close to say a H3 bulb lamp. Can't believe PIAA made and sells this light. As mentioned they are known for quality products.

Love' em!
I bought these lights for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler because I wanted led lights so they would match the light color of my already upgraded headlights (jw. speaker). I also wanted a round lamp so they would look factory. These can be fitted into stock fog housing and spliced into stock wiring using posi taps (also purchased on Amazon)without issue. In fact the light output far far exceeds the factory lamps by miles. They project very white light and spread the beam low and wide just like fogs should. These come nicely packaged with everything you need but because I used the factory wiring I didn't use any of it. I have other PIAA lights and the quality has always been second to none. I highly reccomend these to anyone looking for a superior fog upgrade. * These don't quite fill in the whole opening in the factory location, but don't look bad at all. I may have a ring fabricated to fill this in, but again, no big deal!
