Take my money,please!
Too much fun! Purchased two units for one bike. Unintended consequences could be the only potential drawback with these. First night out with these, I was running large arrows in orange and blue (our local NFL teams colors) just after nightfall. I noticed I was being swooped by a bat. After looking up several times, I saw that I was being followed by six to eight of them, this lasted nearly a mile. Needless to say, other people utilizing the same path were happy to see me move on. On another occasion, I came across a 9 point buck jumping a state park fence line only 20 feet in front of me, turn around and bluff charge me into the same fence it just jumped over only feet from me. The next time through this same area, I came across an adult coyote (not able to jump fences) that instead of being repelled by me, begin to chase me and the lit wheels for 10 yards. Foxes still scram. Cottontails get extra suicidal. I'm extremely glad everybody is following the leash law. Skunks are apparently mesmerized and face the lights with their tail in the air (as opposed to butt 1st without lights). Various children's reactions are priceless, though raccoons are indifferent. I'm glad to have never passed through a rave. I regularly pass a horse stable, several times 1 or more spooked. Lights? Little white skull's on an otherwise blacked out bike riding a trail through the cemetery, you betcha. Get em, you'll be amazed at the amusement these bring. On the downside, every idiot behind the wheel with right of way is gonna slam their brakes and wave you on, in a vain effort of self satisfaction, as if granting a bicyclist their right-of-way makes them feel better about themselves, when all they're doing is one now causing everybody to completely stop and wait until the idiot whose trying to get you killed finally moves on, where as all could/should have kept moving, instead you just stared at an idiot long enough for your heart rate to fall and your sweat to dry, but the bad ass monkeylights on your spokes have enough juice left to last through two more sunrises. On the flip-side, the idiots will still run stop signs and try to kill you when it's your right of way, so don't plan on these increasing your safety in that scenario.

Visibility counts
In the winter, my commute home is in the dark; urban streets in the two miles near home, then 5 miles of county highways that feed state highways. My bike is well lit and my helmet and jacket reflective,, but too often, I knew the cars just dind't see me. I put the M210R on my front wheel. It's bright, moving, and now I know they can see me (when they're not looking at their phones). The cars seem to pass further away when I'm using it, too. It was an easy install; 5 minutes with no tools. I'm considering picking up a couple more so I have one on my road bike and one on my wife's bike. I haven't played around with the patterns, I just selected the brightest colors and I'll probably leave it. It goes blinking red for awhile when the battery's low. I've recharged it once . I'll update this if anything changes.

Bight, colourful & durable. Recommend at the right price
Nice lights. But the price is getting alittle unsettling. The jump in price is not so good. The first time purchased this item. The price was £30.00. & £5 for delivery. But I was shocked the 2nd time paid $50.00. I really like the lights but it not worth the amount that some seller are selling it for.Recommended for the right price.

The price is worth it
Really gorgeous, super bright at night with 2 brightness settings, endless color and pattern combos, and just makes me happy. Installation looks like it will be hard but their instructions made it super easy. Don’t buy cheap wheel lights anymore, get these!

Not so cool , you will need at least 2 of the same to get a full pattern view
To get the effect as shown in pictures you will need to buy at least 2 of the same to achieve those cool looking patterns as shown in the advertising.Or you will need to go super fast which a kid won’t be able to run a bike that super fast.Just spend less a give the kid a cable light type, they are much noticeable and better looking then the expensive type like this one that doesn’t even gives you the full picture of a pattern.

Almost too bright
They definitely work, but I wish they could be slightly dimmed for longer battery life. Can’t really knock it for that, just a preference.

Standing out at night
Easy install, like that metal bands are included to prevent theft

Will make heads turn...
Great lights to remain visible at night/dark. Batteries easily slide out of casing and charge reasonably quickly. The install is rather tedious but not impossible. I highly recommend reading the instructions and even watch the video tutorials.

Beautiful Lights...turns heads and gets you noticed by drivers
Love the patterns and brightness modes. The new rechargeable battery packs are an excellent upgrade. Easy installation.I just use the random mode pattern, changing the patterns and colors can be very tedious. These are my second purchase of Monkey Lights, my bike was stolen with my first lights. Great accessory for night rides or early morning commutes. Thumbs Up in my opinion!!

bit of a faff to install on 20" wheels but nothing dramatic
These are fun, super bright and provide excellent side visibility for low light/night riding. Haven't used them for too long so can't comment on the longevity, but they are extremely well potted in some sort of flexible resin or silicone and look very tough and well thought out.
