The Cotton Candy Machine arrived quickly. It was packaged ok. However the protective foam did not work well. The product had pieces that were bent slightly (able to straighten) and the paint was scraped off of several areas of the machine. The machine works fine so far. One note though: The instructions are pretty much useless. Just look at the pictures to set it up or google for the use of machine. It is easy to assemble and after a couple of google searches we were able to start making candy. Make sure you clean the machine thoroughly before use.

Really cool machine works great easy to use and does a fantastic job. I ordered the lid to go along with it but it has not come in it. I went ahead and set it all up today and used it to make about 40 or 50 Cotton candy’s in multiple flavors for Easter party we’re having. It really is pretty fun to watch and easy to do once you get the hang of it it’s really not that messy either. I really wish I thought one of these along time ago. I’m going to use it for parties for years to come. Instructions really are terrible...But it’s really not that hard to put together. Oh really so far nothing to complain about except for my lid missing.

Do not buy this machine unless you plan to take up a hobby of cotton candy machine repair. Bought in October it’s now March and I’m on my 4th repair. Had to replace the head, connectors, screws, not motor. At least 4 screws were already stripped when it first arrived. Least dependable machine I have owned. This was only used for personal events. Not even rented out. Just me using and it and it’s trash. Fork over the extra $100 for a better machine. You’ll save money in the long run.

Machine is awesome and everyone loves cotton candy. But this thing should come with a dome cover. We used it at the convention center at our trade show booth and were asked to shut it down because fibers were flying all over the place. If you buy it, get the cover.

Works extremely well, the size is actually pretty nice, you do have to turn it on for about 8 minutes before use, and awesome value especially once you have the kids crowding you to have a taste of pure sugar

This machine is poorly made. It throws most of the sugar out onto the side making very little cotton candy. I have tried getting help from customer service but to not avail.

Mon rêve 🥰 reçu dans les temps . Facile a monté très bien emballer. Les enfants et moi sommes très content. J'arrive à faire des barbes à papa de plus en plus grandes il faut prendre le coup de main et hop c'est parti . Elle chauffe très vite et le nettoyage est simple je démonte le bac et le réservoir du milieu tout dans la baignoire de l'eau bouillante et hop le sucre ce décolle tout seul . Je recommande .

Très bon produit on s en sert pour notre MJC et cela nous permet de faire 100 barbes à papa en 2 heures c est parfait pour nous !!!

ho acquistato ad aprile il macchinario e l'ho usato 3/5 volte in tutto ha smesso di funzionare e non posso più restituirlo perchè il tempo massimo è terminato non riesco a contattare il venditore e mi trovo in una situazione pessima .
